The Hustle: I’ve replaced 'hard work' with 'hustle.' To me, the hustle is the journey—it’s the dedication to keep moving, learning, and evolving. While I believe in working hard, I also live by the mantra: 'We work to live, not live to work.'
Kindness: It is the simplest and most powerful pillar. Kindness fosters the kind of energy and atmosphere where the best work happens.
